Manager of Training/Development and Sales
Rob is responsible for accomplishing call center human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling and disciplining employees.
Other responsibilities include administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures. He joined Prospects DM in 2009.
Before joining Prospects DM, Rob managed Call Center operations throughout several regions of the United States.
He has 30 years of experience in the Call Center industry, 24 years of that in a management capacity.
